Conditions of Sale
- All sales are final, no refunds, no returns.
- Refund or credit will be offered only when unforeseen circumstances prevent the timely delivery of the selected product, or on a case by case basis, at our own discretion.
- Customers must be 18 years or over to make a purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery of certain products to certain countries.
- We reserve the right to refuse certain shipping methods to certain countries.
- We reserve the right to change shipping courier at the last minute, if deemed necessary.
- We may deliver products in one or more shipments over a period of time, at our discretion.
- We guarantee the stated purity of our products. A credit or full replacement will be offered in the event of any proven quality issues which arise.
- We guarantee the quantity of our products. All our products are shipped with a minimum amount of the selected quantity. Any underages > 3% the total expected volume will be corrected by us at our expense.
- We can not guarantee delivery times. Please refer to the website of your courier to determine shipping time estimates.
- All our parcels are shipped by courier with online tracking. You may also be required to show id and sign upon delivery.
- We will take adequate measures to secure our product during shipment, but we can not take responsibility for any product which is partially lost or damaged en route. Any such claims must be made by the client directly with the courier.
- It is the responsibility of the client to establish the legality of our products in their country or jurisdiction.
- The client is responsible for paying duties or taxes upon receipt, if any.
- We are not able to provide a valid invoice and return address on parcels shipped.
- All products ship from China, unless indicated otherwise.
- We are not responsible for shipments confiscated or rejected by customs or law enforcement agencies. In such circumstances, it is the responsibility of the client to contact that agency or courier and secure the release of their parcel. Under no circumstances will we refund payment or reship in the case where a shipment has been confiscated or rejected.
Liability
- Our products are sold for research or educational purposes only and are not intended for human or animal testing. We urge our clients to exercise caution when doing any form of research. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or other property.
