Conditions of Sale

• All sales are final, no refunds, no returns.
• Credit will be offered only when unforeseen circumstances prevent the timely delivery of the selected product, or on a case by case basis, at our own discretion.
• Customers must be 18 years or over to make a purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery of certain products to certain countries.
• We reserve the right to refuse certain shipping methods to certain countries.
• We will deliver products in one or more shipments at our discretion.
• We guarantee the stated purity of our products. A credit or full replacement will be offered in the event of any proven quality issues which arise.
• We guarantee the quantity of our products. All our products are shipped with a minimum amount of the selected quantity. Any underages will be corrected by us free of charge.
• We do not guarantee delivery times. In general, shipping may take as long as four weeks from date of payment receipt.
• We will take adequate measures to secure our product during shipment, but we will not take responsibility for any product which is lost or damaged during shipment.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to establish the legality of our products in their country.
• We will not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs or law enforcement agencies, and we will not refund orders that may have been confiscated.

Liability

• Our products are sold for research or educational purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or other property.
